Cynthia Edorh is a New York based Canadian-Togolese artist who works primarily in photography and film. Born in Montreal, Canada, Edorh received her BFA in Photography from Concordia University. Her work has been published and featured by numerous publications including The New York Times, Interview Magazine and VOGUE; and shown at Baxter St in New York, The Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography and the National Gallery of Canada to name a few. Edorh’s work explores identity, self-representation and social justice; work she hopes is a catalyst for change.
